Arcanum welcomes Martin Hughes as the newest member of the HQ team as Chief of Staff.
Martin will be responsible for the daily operation of Arcanum. This will include co-ordination of staff, resources and ensuring excellence in delivery to our clients. His expertise will be brought to the role whilst supporting our Managing Director, Russ Wardle.
He is currently studying towads an MSC in Senior Leadersip and in common with a large number of Arcanum’s team is a serving reservist. Prior to joining Arcanum, Martin was the Adjutant and Regimental Administrative Officer for Wales Universities Officers’ Training Corps.
