We’d like to congratulate Kat Abercrombie, Arcanum Senior Penetration Tester, who began her role as a UK Cyber Security Council (UKCSC) Trustee this week.
The UK Cyber Security Council is the self-regulatory body and voice for UK cyber security education, training and skills. The board of experienced industry professionals and its member organisations, advise, shape and inform national policy on cyber security professional standards.
With her new role on the board of trustees, Kat plans to bring new, innovative ideas, providing alternative insights and a moderating voice where needed, to ensure that all ideas are heard and discussed equally and openly. Kat’s goal is to see true inclusivity and diversity across the cyber security profession.
