Karen joined the team following her role as a Senior Financial Analyst in the UK financial services sector. A chartered accountant who began her career at PwC, she brings nearly 20 years of experience across Financial Control and Financial Planning and Analysis.
Karen brings expertise in implementing business processes and adopting IFRS and UK GAAP reporting standards. She has spent significant time overseas, integrating businesses in South America, Asia and the US into UK group structures. Her experience further includes forecasting and profitability analysis across business areas and activities.
Outside work, Karen enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and training to become a scuba diving instructor.
