As we continue to expand our delivery capabilities, we are now seeking a driven Sales Executive to strengthen our sales team. In this role, you will support the profitable growth of our Cyber Security Advisory, Penetration Testing, GRC services. You will have a particular focus on developing opportunities across OT/IoT security, governance-driven engagements and regulated industries including Defence and Critical National Infrastructure.
Working closely with the wider Arcanum management and consulting teams, you will identify, shape and manage opportunities through the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to proposal submission, through to successful handover and client relationship development, with exposure to offerings such as vCISO, ISO 27001, NIST, CAF, IEC 62443, PCI DSS, Cyber Essentials, DCC and Penetration Testing services.

What You Will Do
- Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities across all of our services within the Critical National Infrastructure and other Regulated Industries.
- Work collegiately with a multidisciplinary team spanning management, marketing, operations and consultancy.
- Lead and contribute to bid writing, tender submissions and value propositions tailored to client requirements.
- Use your understanding of cyber security and risk management to position our services effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM records to ensure strong visibility of pipeline, performance and conversion.
- Build trusted, long‑term client relationships based on integrity, transparency and delivery excellence.
- Commercially lead and contribute to commercial bid writing, tender submissions and value propositions tailored to client requirements.
- Represent Arcanum professionally in meetings and any onsite events UK wide, with the occasional international travel required.
- Collaborate with internal technical specialists to shape solutions that deliver real client value.
What You Bring
- At least 3 years of successful new business sales experience, with a strong proportion of it within Cyber Security, IT/OT/IoT security, GRC, Penetration Testing or associated technical disciplines, alongside a good understanding of regulated industry requirements across the Critical National Infrastructure, including vCISO, ISO 27001, NIST, CAF, IEC 62443, PCI DSS, Cyber Essentials, DCC and Penetration Testing.
- Experience crafting compelling proposals, writing tenders and producing tailored value propositions.
- Demonstrable track record of sales success, ideally within consultancy‑led or advisory environments.
- Experience of working autonomously while also thriving as part of a close‑knit, multi‑disciplinary team.
- Ability to use CRM systems, LinkedIn and digital tools to support outreach, pipeline management and opportunity development.
- High personal integrity and alignment with Arcanum’s value of “doing the right thing”.
- Strong communication skills, commercial curiosity and a consultative mindset.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK and willingness to undergo security clearance given the sensitive nature of our work.
